A massage therapy treatment consists of an appointment that includes a discussion with the patient to determine if the RMT is best suited to help them. There will be an assessment depending on the presenting issues which may include posture, movement and possibly some testing to narrow down what may be causing the issue for the patient. The appointment will then continue on to the treatment portion which will be explained to the patient based on the assessment and discussion findings and could include a variety of techniques. At the end of the treatment, the therapist will prescribe some exercises and home care if required.

Born and raised in Prince George, I am excited to be back practicing after taking a leave to have my two boys. I graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC back in 2014 and previously worked at Keystone Massage Therapy. I look forward to welcoming all new and old clients at my new location.

My goal is to develop and work with you to offer the appropriate treatment plan to those who need relief of injuries, rehabilitation, chronic pain issues, diseases and day to day stressors.

Please note that all appointments include any assessment or testing deemed necessary in order to provide safe and competent care. Your appointment will also include your treatment or massage as well as the collection of fee’s and any home care or prescribed exercises given to you.

I do not do any direct billing.

Last minute Cancellations with less then 24hrs notice or Missed appointments ( No shows ) will result in Full treatment price.
